The She Flys Aviation Program exposes youth to the vast and exciting world of Aviation, Aircraft Mechanics, Aerospace, Aeronautics and serves as a career pipeline to the community through the partnership of Southwest Airlines.
Southwest Airlines and She Flys Aviation Program for Girls have partnered to create an employment pipeline within the Chicago communities! This full-time position offers several benefits and perks, including travel privileges for Employees and their eligible dependents. This position creates an entry path into many Aviation careers.
